Home Captain was founded by Grant Moon to address the frustration he faced during his home buying process. Grant is an Army Veteran who served in Iraq and upon returning from service in 2011, decided to purchase his first home. Unfortunately, the two most important members of his home buying team, the loan officer and the realtor, were not working together effectively to help him purchase his home.
Through a concierge service team, Home Captain matches homebuyers with to a real estate agent in its curated network. The concierge rep acts as the liaison connecting the loan officer, real estate agent and homebuyer, making sure that all parties are in synchrony throughout the purchase process. Through the Home Captain platform, homebuyers have a better purchasing experience, real estate agents are matched with higher quality homebuyers, and mortgage banks are able to increase conversions on home purchase loans.
AppEvolve played a vital role in finding a solution by building Home Captain, a streamlined real estate platform for mortgage lenders to increase their funding rates on prequalified/pre-approved home buying customers while enhancing the customer experience. We did this by creating a CRM that was designed specifically for all the major roles in a real estate transaction. Buyer, Seller, Realtor, Loan Officer and Lender. The platform also includes the latest technology features of a Progressive Web App to be easily viewed on any device.
